I’ve tried the suggested solution of clearing data on Fitbit, turning heart rate off and on, and rebooting Fitbit. Bpm will temporarily show on app but will eventually stop showing/syncing after a few hours. I can only see resting bpm on app. I can see bpm on my Fitbit but not the app.

Thanks for trying to resolve the issue you're experiencing. I would like to confirm that this has been reported to our team and they are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. I am sorry for any trouble and appreciate your patience. A workaround suggested by some users is to quit the app and then open it again.
