Suddenly I have been ejected from the appli and since it’s impossible to connect again.

Since 3 days, no synchronisation is possible between my iPhone and my Fitbit inspire HR. I’ve made a reset on the Fitbit, stopped and restarted the Bluetooth on the phone: nothing change! The appli didn’t work since 2 days, today it’s ok again but not for the Bluetooth now.
Thank you for the help you could give to me

Hi @KaGam. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I appreciate the time you took to troubleshoot your Inspire HR. You did a good job and let me help you to get it syncing correctly. Just to confirm, have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? If you have, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile image > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your Inspire HR from the list.
  6. When prompted, accept to replace it and follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists, feel free to let me know so I can continue working with you on this matter.
