Inspire HR won’t pair with Bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a new Inspire HR that won’t pair with Bluetooth on my iPhone. I have

forced quit the app

turned Bluetooth off and then on again

restarted my phone

used the “Remove this Inspire HR” feature and then paired it again.

So far nothing has worked. This a brand new device. I’m wondering if I just got a lemon.

Hi @Wahini72. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm glad that you got a new Inspire HR and thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. Let me help you to pair it with your phone's Bluetooth. Before anything else, may I know if you're able to sync your tracker? If not, do you see an error message?

Even though you've tried some steps, please try the following in the given order:

  1. Remove your Inspire HR and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your Inspire HR
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Inspire HR.
  6. Tap on Notifications and accept the request to pair via Bluetooth. Then sync your tracker to update your details.

Let me know how everything goes.

Thanks so much. I tried these steps in the exact order and it still doesn’t work.

The device syncs, but I’m not getting the Bluetooth features, like phone and text messages and all-day sync.
