Inspire HR won’t sync with my iPhone 11

Tried turning Bluetooth on and off- Rebooting the phone. Deleting and reinstalling the app. No success, Ideas?

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire HR and the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. Let me help you with this. Before anything else, although you've reinstalled the Fitbit app please verify if it's updated to the latest version. Also, make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. If you've synced with a different device, make sure to take it to another room.

 

Once that is done, please try the following steps to reconnect your tracker:

  1. Remove your Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Inspire HR.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Inspire HR icon.
  5. Tap on Sync Now and then on notifications so you can be prompted to pair your tracker via Bluetooth.

 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Nope. Didn't work. I did double check for updates and checked for other blue tooth capable devices, and there was no conflict.

At this point, I'm simply going to use a different device.

I don't have time to mess with long diagnostics.

Obviously, there's still bugs to workout with the software or something unique to this one that's glitchy.

Not the end of the world. Moving on.
