Inspire doesn't stay connected to Bluetooth

My inspire does not stay connected to Bluetooth, it disconnects quite a few times during day very annoying

Thanks for letting us know about your Inspire. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. To look into this, may I know if you've other Bluetooth connections nearby when trying to sync? Because your tracker paired with your phone's Bluetooth, if you have multiple devices nearby, your phone might have difficulties to connect with your tracker.

 

That being said, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Inspire from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn the Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
