After updating to the new iOS, my sleep has been sporadically recorded. This is very frustrating as getting sleep data is one of my main uses for the Fitbit. I’ve done a soft reset, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, nothing is working. I’m getting all other data such as steps and heart rate. I also haven’t changed the positioning of my Fitbit since I got it 2 years ago. Please help.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @dlty272
I understand your sleep is being sporadically recorded. I also see you have tried several troubleshooting steps on your own to try and resolve this issue. You have done a lot of great troubleshooting steps! You might want to restart your Inspire HR. Sometimes it helps it you perform this restart several times. You can find instructions on restarting your Fitbit tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
If restarting does not resolve your issue I would suggest looking to ensure you have the latest Fitbit update. Currently the newest update for Fitbit App is version 3.8
Lastly I would consider changing your sleep tracking sensitivity. Here’s how:
Open your Fitbit App
tap your profile picture on upper left
scroll down and tap advanced settings
now scroll down an tap sleep sensitivity
Change setting to sensitive
tap “Today” at the bottom of your screen to return to the main page
😃 I hope my suggestions off you the best answer to help resolve your issue. Please let me know and keep me posted.
