Myfitnesspal food diary won't sync with Fitbit Options

Hi all,

Myfitnesspal food diary won't sync with Fitbit since the last update today (26/05/2020). It used to work before. I already tried sync and unsync both apps via MFP and Fitbit. Do you have any suggestions how can I solve this or if it is a bug from the new release?

Thank you!

The problems syncing with MyFitnessPal have been caused by a bug at the MFP end that they are aware of. See the following thread that has updates from Fitbit:

I have tried: force quitting both apps, logging out of both, logging back in to both, unlinking and relinking accounts, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. Still not working.

The problem has been happening to me and it started after the latest Fitbit app update was installed on my iPhone XR, at the time running iOS v13.4.1.  It continued after I updated to iOS v 13.5

What I noticed yesterday afternoon was that the calorie figures, that normally synced from MyFitnessPal immediately, began to slowly dribble into Fitbit more than 24 hours after they were originally input and then took some 12 hours to fully transfer.  It might be noted that I have very good high speed internet service, so that shouldn’t be a cause.
