Hi @Confusedanddazd. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the steps tried prior posting and let me help you to get the Inspire set up with your iPhone. While it's odd that this tracker isn't appearing in the list of device to pair, may I know if your phone's OS is updated to the latest version? Have you also made sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby?

If that's correct, even though you've tried some steps, please give one last try to the following in the given order:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Inspire.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your Inspire. You may need to scroll down to find this option.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions and wait until the firmware update is completed.

If the Inspire is still not listed, please take a screenshot of the devices that appear in the list and attach it in your reply as described here. This will help me to further investigate.
