Not receiving notifications from iPhone 5S

Once again on the iOS iPhone 5s problems with the notifications not coming up on the phone.. I’ve done everything switched off an on again reset my phone uninstall the app an back again an still nothing so could you please once again fix the app please!!!

Thanks for the steps tried to get the notifications working correctly. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and let me help you with this matter. Although you've tried troubleshooting your Fitbit, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby for this process.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Check if your Fitbit has the notifications turned On.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Fitbit icon > Sync Now.
  6. Set up the notifications one more time and accept the prompt to pair via Bluetooth.
