Thank you for listing steps to correct syncing problems in previous threads. I think I have tried every piece of advice, and I still can't get my Inspire to sync with my iphone. Of course I don't like losing the step counts, but more important to me is that the time is off by 38 minutes so wearing the device as a watch is no longer effective for telling time.
Details: I bought my fitbit for Christmas in December 2019 from the fitbit official store. I do not wear it in water and charge it regularly. Last sync was April 23. I only have one fitbit (Inspire) and one device (iphone). I do not have other bluetooth pairings connected. I have installed all phone updates, restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app on phone, logged out and logged back in on app, turned off and on bluetooth, let Inspire run out of battery, fully recharged battery, reset Inspire by holding button for 5 seconds. I tried deleting device from app and reinstalling it but the app gets stuck on the "Found it! connecting to tracker..." page and doesn't actually connect. Both phone and fitbit are held close so that distance is not an issue. Wifi and data are enabled on my phone for the app. As a last resort I did try reseting user info on the inspire as well. On one thread I read about updating software for fitbit but was unable to do this because my Inspire was not set to autosync and I couldn't turn on autosync wihtout first syncing manually, which is the issue. Please help! Thanks!
