Recently, I lost my Versa, and just found it this morning. When it was fully charged, it would not connect to my phone. After many times of attempting to reconnect it, I gave up and decided to remove the watch from my account and I factory reset it. Now I'm trying to connect it to my account, but it keeps saying "connecting to tracker" for a long time. Please help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with connecting your Fitbit Versa to your Fitbit account. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend to "forget" the Bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:
1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
3. Find the option to forget the device and then try to set up your watch again.
