Inspire2 won’t show Text messages

Hi there

I got my inspire 2 a few weeks ago and installed correctly, have followed all trouble shooting and made sure it is not in DND or Sleep mode and that is set to receive notifications always but it will still not show up any text messages. 
many help would be greatly appreciated as is very frustrating

Hello @Hickmankate123 it is frustrating when asking about a phone problem with out mentioning the phone model. 

Have you gone through the setup guide. You haven't blocked notifications from popping up on the phone? Especially when the phone is locked? If iOS is previee enabled?

Hi there, my apologies, is an iPhone XR and has previously been setup with a Fitbit (which I have now disconnected)

I should note, there is no issue with notifications on my iPhone, it’s for text messages being shown on my Fitbit Inspire 2... it vibrates once when my phone rings and shows notifications for Instagram but no text messages. I have never had an issue like this before and have previously owned a Fitbit.

Not being an iOS user I would say look at the setup guide and make sure preview is enabled. 

Since this is an iOS issue, I'll move the thread to the iOS board.
