A few days ago my app stopped showing my instant heart rate.... I watch the app while I’m on the treadmill to make sure I keep my heart rate up.  Now it’s just set on resting heart rate and doesn’t change.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the app not showing your instant heart rate.  

 

If you haven't done so already, please try to logout from the Fitbit app, then restart the phone and log back in to check if you're able to see your heart rate information properly. This has been useful to other users who have experienced trouble with the app not showing all the information.
