Intermittent notifications in Versa.

My Fitbit seems to be a bit temperamental, I changed my clockface to the Bitmoji and since then I get intermittent notifications. I changed it back to a photo in the end but it is still playing up. I get the ‘odd’ notification. I have been onto the help pages and tried all of the tips but it’s not working. Isn’t there a way to reset them? It’s really frustrating!

Hello @Lisamw1981 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further, please reply with as much information as you can:

  1. iPhone model you're using.
  2. OS version running on your phone
  3. App version installed (go to Account > Help to get it)
  4. The list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

In the meantime, restart Notifications on your Versa by trying the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Press down the left button for 2 seconds and make sure "Notifications" are ON.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes. Have a great day.
