@Sarahrose2787 Make sure you are on the most current version of the Fitbit App too. Try force quitting the app (double tap home screen and swipe up on the fitbit app) and reopen.
Perhaps that will help!

Hi there @Sarahrose2787, welcome aboard to our Community. This was a glitch affecting the app but has been resolved already. So the suggestion from @Kmransom123 could be of great help.
The most recent version of iOS is 2.27.1, released on Sept 23rd. To review you app version tap the Account tab and from there tap Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen. If you are running an older version Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
See you around, let us know how it goes this issue.
