Hello Marre, I've been having the same issue I have an iPhone and have been trying to set the interval workout times but it never saves it, as soon as I change the times and go back to synchronize the Fitbit, the app changes it to the default values, is there anything else I could try?

Welcome! It's great to see you around @amithaba108kirt.
I appreciate the details shared about the difficulties that you are having to to change the interval workout times. If you haven't done so, I recommend you doing the following:
- Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
- Log out from your Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article
- Restart your phone
- Log back into your Fitbit app
To set custom intervals:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
- Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
- Tap Interval Workout.
- Set your intervals.
- Sync your device to save the changes.
Hope this helps.
