Hello ! When I try to open the exercise summary on an 'interval exercise', the app crashes / closes. I've tried to log out and back in, deleted and re-download the app, everything. Does anyone know how to fix this or is anyone having the same issue ?

Hello @gracielou09
I understand you’ve already tried logging out then back into the Fitbit App. Can you try logging out of the Fitbit app the force shut the app by swiping it upward. Now turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then restart your phone and log back into your Fitbit App. After your Fitbit syncs try to open your exercise summary on the interval exercise.
😃 Let me know if this provided you with an answer. I’m hoping it helps

Hi
I have also trouble with the app crashing when I try to open "Interval exercise".
I've tried to log out and back in, deleted and re-download the app, and the suggestion you provided. With no luck.
😞

Welcome to the forums, @Sazziz.
Thanks for trying the suggestions shared above, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Just to confirm, do you mean that the Fitbit app crashes when checking your activity summary? If that's correct, while you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated as our team recently released a new version. Then reboot your phone and try opening the exercise tile one more time.

Hi!
I’ve tried it all and been in contact customer service at Fitbit. They couldn’t find why the app is crashing, all they could see was that it didn’t work correctly. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
it has been like that this last couple of upgrades I would say, and the app is upgraded to the lates version
