Everyday I try to send step challenges and the invite doesn’t work. I try over and over again, and the invite just doesn’t send. Sometimes if I’m persistent it’ll finally send one at the end of the day when the challenge cycle is almost over. Why is this happening?

Hi @Karidee which phone are you requesting help for?
Do you see any error messages?
I'm assuming everything goes fine instill the send button is pressed.

I’m sending the challenge from the Fitbit app on my iPhone 12. There’s no error message, it just ignores the request.
