Everyday I try to send step challenges and the invite doesn’t work. I try over and over again, and the invite just doesn’t send. Sometimes if I’m persistent it’ll finally send one at the end of the day when the challenge cycle is almost over. Why is this happening?

Do you see any error messages?
I'm assuming everything goes fine instill the send button is pressed.

I’m sending the challenge from the Fitbit app on my iPhone 12. There’s no error message, it just ignores the request.

Hi there @Karidee. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the Challenges. @Rich_Laue thanks for the input.
I recommend doing the following:
- Log out of your Fitbit App
- Force quit the App
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Log back into your Fibit App
