Ionic Adidas Edition - no text notifications from iPhone 11

It’s been a while since I’ve used my Fitbit Ionic but back when I did I was able to receive text notifications. I’ve tried everything THREE times in previous threads and still no luck. Deleted app, turned off and on, unsynced, deleted from my account and reinstalled, checked all permissions through iPhone and Fitbit app. Anything I missed?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JOrtiz03. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear you don't receive text messages on your Fitbit Ionic. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend confirming the following:

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the quick settings icon. Make sure that Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode settings are off.

2. Press and hold the left button for 2 seconds to quickly access notifications and other options. Make sure Notifications are turned on.

It’s important that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please confirm if you've followed all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

What do I do if after doing everything already stated above and I still cannot swipe right?
