Ionic - Fitbit app keeps asking to log in

I have a ionic watch and on many an occasion when I try and open my app on my iPhone 6+ It keeps asking me to log in. This doesn’t happen all the time.

Any ideas ?

I am glad to assist you with the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app, which asks you to log in on many occasions. Thank you for providing the additional details, I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. 

 

I recommend to make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. For instructions, see this help article.

 

If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app manually, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Please monitor the app and see if the issue gets fixed.
