Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Para.. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with tracking sleep. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. There are several factors that might affect your sleep tracking and I recommend doing the following:
- Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Try sleeping with your device on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
- Confirm that your device is snug on your wrist.
- Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
- Make sure your device is syncing. Try these troubleshooting steps if you experience any difficulties with syncing.
It is possible to manually log sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in this help article: How do I edit, or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?
You can find more information about tracking sleep here.
Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
