Ionic after IOS update

Has anyone been able to get theirs to work again since the update.  I have followed all the instructions multiple times and still nothing......just curious!

Thanks for ssking.. i have given up on my Ionic.. the HR monitor lights won’t come on, it won’t calibrate, etc.

Just waiting for Black Friday to buy an Apple Watch!

Hello again @BKSHockeyMama 

I would still like to assist you if you would be interested. Have you tried looking at your Heart Rate settings and made sure it wasn’t disabled by accident. You can check the settings this way:

Open your Fitbit App

Tap your profile picture on the upper left

scroll down and tap Ionic (located just under “My Family”)

scroll down and tap Heart rate

check to see if your Heart Rate is indeed on or on auto

 

also it might help restarting your Fitbit Ironic. Here’s how: 

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

if that doesn’t resolve your issue then try turning your Fitbit Ionic off then on again. Here’s how: 

On your watch, open the Settings app>About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.

To turn your watch back on, press the back button.

I have contacted them.. they cannot help.. their only solution is to give me 25% off a new tracker.Have a good day.
