It stopped syncing yesterday. I have an iPhone 7 and is compatible. I have latest iOS for phone and latest update for Fitbit. I have turned off Bluetooth and turned back on, twice. Restarted watch several times. Deleted app and reloaded app. The app does not see the watch at all. All other Bluetooth devices turned off

I'm sorry that your Ionic isn't syncing correctly, and thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. You did a good job! In this case, I'd recommend to remove the Ionic and any other device from the Bluetooth settings, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and try syncing one more time. Once this is done, please set the notifications so your Ionic can be paired via Bluetooth.
