Ionic not getting text notifications only calls

I have an Ionic. I updated the Fitbit OS in early October. I stopped getting all text notifications and phone calls. I updated my iPhone to iOS 13. I now get phone calls but I’m not getting any text notifications. I tried restarting my Fitbit, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, checking all my settings, closing and reopening the app. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. Help! I’m to the point I'm about to buy a different brand of fitness smartwatch.

Unfortunately notifications are an issue that is being addressed by the Fitbit Team. I have no current timeframe on when this fix will occur but they are indeed addressing the situation. There you can view suggested settings and information that may help. If any new information becomes available it will be posted there.

I just got the versa 2 and I am not receiving text messages. If this does not get fixed, I am returning.

I’m sorry you’re not receiving notifications as well. I wish I had all the right answers and I could provide you a solution to this issue. I really do but the only suggestion I can do is to point you in the direction of the thread I posted above. Again, I’m sorry but that is truly the only information I have.
