I have an Ionic. I updated the Fitbit OS in early October. I stopped getting all text notifications and phone calls. I updated my iPhone to iOS 13. I now get phone calls but I’m not getting any text notifications. I tried restarting my Fitbit, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, checking all my settings, closing and reopening the app. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. Help! I’m to the point I'm about to buy a different brand of fitness smartwatch.

Unfortunately notifications are an issue that is being addressed by the Fitbit Team. I have no current timeframe on when this fix will occur but they are indeed addressing the situation. Please view this thread here for the latest information about this issue: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/37... There you can view suggested settings and information that may help. If any new information becomes available it will be posted there.

I just got the versa 2 and I am not receiving text messages. If this does not get fixed, I am returning.

I’m sorry you’re not receiving notifications as well. I wish I had all the right answers and I could provide you a solution to this issue. I really do but the only suggestion I can do is to point you in the direction of the thread I posted above. Again, I’m sorry but that is truly the only information I have.
