Ionic not receiving email notifications

After installing ios13 my iconic notifies everything except emails. Put unit back factory settings deleted app and started again still unable to get info from mail

Thanks for confirming that your Ionic receives notifications except your emails, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried s far. Let's try some steps together:

 

  1. Remove your Ionic from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. On your Ionic's display, swipe down from the top of the screen, tap the quick settings icon and turn on the Do Not Disturb (circle with line) and Sleep Mode (moon icon). Wait a few seconds and turn them back on.

     

  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Ionic > Sync Now.
  6. Once it's done syncing, set up the notifications one more time.
