New update screwed up my ionic Fitbit. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Could you give a few more details? What issues are you having?
Without knowing more all I can suggest is that you try a restart of the ionic as it does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues:
Restarting the phone may also help if you are referring to an update on that.

Tried to do reset and factory reset. Will not connect to WiFi. Bought new one and it worked. Even connected to WiFi.

I have the same issue, gps playing up after the update. Has been slow up to now, last three days it won't find gps at all. Such a Shame as it was super fast before the update, better than any watch I've had.

Having same problem, have done it all 20 times so do not offer reboots and factory resets as a solution this is also a new replacement of the original ionic which failed. I am really quite disgusted. This thing will not consistently connect via blue tooth and hangs up on setup screen when trying to sync eventually sending an failed message after a considerable amount of time. Speaking of time, it is losing about 10 minutes per hour unless I can make it sync by spending 20 minutes shutting off phone watch, Bluetooth, my mind, and anger

Pressing buttons on left and bottom worked for my Ionic! Thanks

After this new update, which is the only update I've ever done, my Ionic keeps messing up. It keeps asking if I'd like to do a quick Calibration. When I click yes, It says the calibration will start after I plug it in, and keep the sensors unobstructed. I've tried this multiple times. I've even left it plugged in overnight. When I unplug it and put it back on, it says there's a clock error (Go to the fitbit mobile app and try another clock). I've done this multiple times as well. It doesn't fix the problem. Eventually after a few minutes the clock will work correctly on its own. But it's only temporary until I get the next calibration error and plug it in. This daily cycle of errors has continued since I've updated it over a week ago. I even tried the previous suggestion of resetting my fitbit by holding the specified 2 buttons. That didn't help either.

After the update my Ionic has lost most of it's functionality. It will not automatically turn on with the turn of my wrist - Will not record steps - will not record steps - lost all app information. The watch has become useless. Just like every other update from Fitbit. Losers

I have the same issues described here after the update. Very annoying. Any solution?
