I am unable to see any notifications on my new FitBit Ionic. I have tried all the corrective steps listed on the website. Can anyone help? It seems like another app is interfering.

Hi @AaronBartlone. Sorry you are having these issues. How did the setup go? Did you charge the Ionic and go thru the full setup?

 

It might be best to contact Fitbit Support on this issue.
