My Fitbit Ionic will be a year old in 10 days.
I’ve had no problems until now, it won’t switch on or charge.
When I connect the charging cable I just get a battery sign with 0%.
I’ve tried holding the buttons down as described in the other posts, all that happens is the battery sign disappears & then comes back after a few seconds.

Try that restart of your device one last time. If that doesn't help, it's time for customer support.
