Been trying to connect ionic to an Xs but it doesn’t seem to find it. I have all the updated apps and I have tried resetting the Fitbit and phone. Still won’t connect

Hi @Anthelim. Welcome on board! It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for letting me know about you Ionic and the steps tried prior posting. Nice way to go! Since your iPhone XS is a compatible device, may I know what error message is displayed when trying to sync? Have you made sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections? If you use more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby.

That said, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Ionic and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  4. Choose the Ionic from the list, tap on replace and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Then tap on Notifications and accept the prompted pair via Bluetooth.

Let me know how it goes.
