Want to install Fitbit app on my iPad with iOS 10.3. I can't update my iOS version to 10+ Device is not allowing.

Hello @HATK and welcome to the Help forums.  I'm sorry, but your iPad must be able to support iOS 12.2 to be able to download the Fitbit App.
