My versa lite isn’t syncing text messages anymore. I’ve tried everything from turning everything off to factory reset. Please help!

I've moved your iOS question to the iOS board. 

In the latest iOS their are some permissions to check one of which is to enable preview.

Also check the pinned post above.

I'm also assuming other notifications come through.
