Hey hey hey @Pallap, welcome to the Forums.
Have you confirmed that the iPhone you have is a compatible device? if so make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app as well. Then I will ask you to please try to restart your Charge HR and then follow the steps on this article "I can't sync my tracker" to fix this issue.
