Hello I'm Joana J. I am Having trouble with the app on the "log in exercise" option. It freezing as soon as I try that option tried force closing app and reopening but nothing happens just freezes again. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

It's nice to have you here in the Community @Jay25, welcome! I'd recommend doing the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Charge HR at least three times in a row
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fibit App
