Yesterday I did an Iphone update and ever since my fitbit is not working.
It is charged, but not syncing with my phone.
I deleted the Charge HR and readded it as a new device, but it is still not syncing.
I had no issues until this point. Did anyone else have this happen? If yes, how did you resolve? Thank you in advance.

I am having the same problem too. It sees my tracker, but does not sync, it gets stuck on the 'connecting'

Hello @Julesd618 and @LyndaBaldelli, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. If you have recently updated the FItbit app for iOS I recommend to restart the app:
1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.
If this is not resolved the syncing issue, please take a look at this other suggestions for syncing: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
