My iPhone is not syncing to Fitbit challenges/ or tracking my device. I have the Fitbit mobile track. Can someone please help

Hello @Sweetz7 

First I would try turning your Bluetooth off then back on again. If doing that doesn’t work I would suggest logging out of your Fitbit App and then completely uninstall the app from your device. After it’s completely deleted turn your device completely off then back on again. Once your device reloads reinstall the Fitbit App and log back in. Try syncing again and see if that provides you with a solution to your issue. 😃
