Hi @Cheft,
If you have your tracker Bluetooth bonded to your iPhone (required for call notifications), it's likely that the Bluetooth connection is preventing you from syncing to a second mobile device. This is a known limitation of Bluetooth.

@Lynda1943 If you are Bluetooth bonded to your iPad, you'll need to forget the bond first. This can be done by:
1. Opening your iOS settings on your iPad.
2. Open your iOS Bluetooth settings.
3. If your tracker shows up under "My Devices" click the circle i icon and then click "Forget this device".
4. Use the link
After you've forgotten the bond on your iPad or if you are not Bluetooth bonded to your iPad, you can pair your tracker to your iPhone using the instructions listed here.
