My Bluetooth has stopped working on my Fitbit, I have tried resetting the Fitbit to factory settings twice and have unpaired from my iPhone and reset my phone twice. Still no luck in getting it to work.
I’ve only had the Fitbit 6months so disappointed it’s not working to full capacity.

When you say it is not working, @LJfitionic what is it that you mean?
What type of error does the Fitbit app give you?

I am having the same issue with my Ionic as well. My computer nor my iPhone will pick up the device when I search for Bluetooth devices. Also, I can't get the wifi to turn back on.

Please @JessGrab and @LJfitionic as mentioned above, with a phone. The user will be unable to manually pair the tracker through the phone, you should receive the message, "pairing rejected by the ionic".. .Has the tracker been rivedrofrom the phones Bluetooth settings screen.
With the phone the setup process must be completely done through the Fitbit app.
'm not sure what the process is for the pc, @JessGrab and without knowing which type of computer I can not search the help for you. The help file doesntdosay anything about needing to pair the tracker to the pc. On a Linux computer and my android phone. I did not have to .
Since you both seem to be having an issue with the iOS device, I'm going to move the tgreadtto the iOS board.
