Hello again @AmyLu1

I’m happy to read my suggestions has your Fitbit up and running again. I understand, as you noted that your still not getting your text , calendar notifications. No worries I can help you with that as well.
First open your Fitbit app

Tap your profile picture in upper left

scroll down to the name of your Fitbit and tap it (It’s located just under “My Family”

scroll down and tap notifications

enable the notifications you want in green

now simply tap “today” at the bottom of your screen to get back to the main page

Now lets make sure your iOS device is set up correctly:

go to:

device iOS settings>location services >Fitbit>Always on

also Go to:

iOS setting>Fitbit>Location>Always on

Hello @AmyLu1

I can see your frustration through your post. You state as your title to the post as “Is anyone gonna fix this problem???”. I can try and help the best I can but you are not being clear on what exactly you want to be helped with. Is there something in particular?

Thanks for responding so quickly. I have tried all the solutions that I
have found on these posts : restarting my phone ,restarting the Fitbit
,changing notifications. my notifications are like they’re supposed to be
but when I hit the information button next to the Bluetooth,it tells me I’m
not connected to the Bluetooth yet my phone says I am. Or if I hit any
icons it tells me I’m not connected to Bluetooth. It is connected ! I turn
on and off both devices, still doesn’t work. Nothing seems to be working.
my calendar ,my notifications , calls and texts are not coming through on
the Fitbit anymore. the only thing I get is it counts my steps and it
gives me the notification to move. It doesn’t record sleep or heartbeat Or
exercise . I rely on this for my work. I have an iPhone 8 Plus

Hello again @AmyLu1

Have you considered reinstalling the Fitbit App?

I think the best course of action now would be to just reinstall the Fitbit App. (you will not lose your data doing this) Just uninstall the app, then completely shut down your device and wait  about 1 minute then turn your device back on. Once it fully loads head to the App Store and reinstall the Fitbit app and simply login to the Fitbit app as you normally do by inputting your email address and password. Try to see if your Fitbit sync now. Pay special attention to the app hopefully asking permissions to pair...of course say always when asked.

Please let me know if this solves the Bluetooth issue
