Is it possible to use Quick Replies on iOS?

Unable to use quick replies on iOS.  I am trying to set up quick replies on my Apple iPhone SE.  there is a grayed out option for quick replies but when I click on it nothing happens. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm afraid quick replies currently only work with android.

@Vick-i, thanks for your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that you can only reply to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app. meaning that Quick Replies work exclusively for the Fitbit app. It's not possible to reply to other apps or reply SMS using Quick Replies through the Fitbit app. 

 

What that means is that if you receive a message in the Fitbit app, sent to you through the app or the online Dashboard, you will be able to reply to that specific message.
