Is the Fitbit app free?

I am trying to get the app for my new flex 2.  Is it free or is there a charge for the app?

Do I need to delete the app for my flex before I get the new app?

I'm using an iphone 5.

The Fitbit app is free of charge and you can download it even if you don't have a tracker. As you had a Flex and now you have a Flex 2, please note that you don't need to download it again, if you have updated it, you can set up your Flex 2 without any inconvenience. 

 

To set up your tracker:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
