Hi! The phone app is not working well in 2025. I doesn't load historical data. I've done all the trouble shooting. Your app doesn't like my iPhone. For the first time in ten years I can't see data from last week.
Is there a away to down load my data to PC? Or do I need to set up a dev account, get into the API, and build my own web dashboards

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry you're having this experience, and let's work on this together. Depending on how you log into your account, you can export your data either from Google Takeout, or Fitbit. You'll find step-by-step instructions in this help article. Give them a try and make sure to sync your Fitbit device first to ensure that all your data will be updated in your account.
In regards to the Fitbit app, may I know if this started recently? If so, please check if both your phone and Fitbit app are updated. Then reboot your phone and try checking your historical data one more time.
