Same here - I thought it was just me! ... I've updated iOS to latest, updated FitBit, Hard rebooted iOS, logged out and back in etc - no change ... all my 'Hourly Activity' and Historic Steps are 'gone' - just a "grey box" showing! ... Worked perfectly before this latests 4.41 update!!! .. Whats the point in a "Premium" account for an app with incomplete data?
Screenshots of the "grey boxes" - oh, and yes I did already update the latest Firmware update to my Fitbit device - no change in the data shown on this screen post 4.41 update:
It's not just Premium accounts. I'm not a Premium subscriber and I've been having the exact same problem since the most recent app update. While the stats show on my home screen, all I get is gray boxes when I go to view more for a specific stat. The only exception is hours slept but even that has a goal of 0 (zero) hours instead of what I set it to. And my "days of exercise per week" goal seems to have been reset. I hope they release a fix soon.
Same here - installed iOS FitBit update 4.42 (& my iPhone is up to date also) … restarted FitBit app … no change - all Historic Steps are still greyed out .. and that was my main use of my FitBit!
Same here, nothing new with 4.42 update after restarting the phone and the app.
No green color of progression and tick on goal accomplishments, animations and still grey boxes
This really must be sorted out quickly - like other posters this is what I use Fitbit/App for. I'll be looking elsewhere if this is not going to be available.
Also - what has happened to the Fitbit Dashboard? I logged in there in desperation but can't find it anymore. Even worse, the link I have took me to shopping pages - like I'd but a new Fitbit eh?!!

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sharing screenshots of the Fitbit app. I'd like to share with you that this issue was already escalated to our team and they're looking into this. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, and I appreciate your feedback.
As a workaround, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app which has worked for other members. Please give it a try and keep me posted on the outcome.
Thanks for that - yes .. an uninstall and reinstall seems to have done the trick for me also - now working again and I have my step history etc.
… I’ll keep this workaround in mind for any future updates
Uninstalling and Reinstalling the App does NOT resolve the issue with NO weekly/monthly/yearly steps and distance totals. I'm still ONLY getting the empty grey boxes as noted by other folks.
Best AnswerThis is happening to my lux Fitbit. Do I delete the app and download again. Will I still have my historic data?
Fitbit updates are really really poor. Do you ever do any testing.
I deleted the app completely on my iOS phone, and when I reinstalled FitBit app, and then logged into my FitBit account - all my historic data was there. (I scrolled back throught my 'Year' steps just now just to double-check - and all ok.)
Best AnswerYes, I deleted the app completely from my iPhone ... then reinstalled FitBit iOS app from App Store ... then opened the app and logged into my FirBit account and all my Historic Step data is there (as well as my Exercise Days and Sleep data etc. ... it takes a few seconds or more to update/refresh, but it did appear.)
P.S. I don't work for FitBit - I'm just a user, like everyone here ... Just in case anything goes wrong with anyones data when trying this ... 🙂
