Thanks for sharing this screenshot. While this is odd, may I know if it affected previous logs? Or does it happen only with recent logs?

If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from your account and force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account
  4. Try logging your water intake one more time
