Issue transferring family account to Google

I'm trying to transfer my account to google. It currently manages one kid's account under 13. Kid already has their own google account. When I try to migrate Fitbit only gives me the option to create a new google account rather than associated the kids account with their existing google account. 

 

How do I fix this?
