Did you tried the steps described here: How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?
Is your Versa 2 still paired to your account? Keep in mind that the steps on the article above, can only be performed if the Versa 2 is still paired to your account. 

Do you receive an error message? If so what does it say?
