Hi @SunsetRunner - I cannot answer for anyone else ... and not knowing which Fitbit device and iPhone you have ... and not knowing if your iPhone Fitbit app and iOS have been updated, all I can do is offer general advice. I was on phone with Fitbit twice troubled shooting. It did work. I have an ionic. They told me that there is an update issue with iPhones update and they are working on it. I am ready to go Apple Watch.
