Issues logging info

I was able to log my first set of information but after that I have not been able to log anything. Is logging food and water intake a premium feature? And if not what’re the possibilities for why I can’t log any information?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to log anything in the Fitbit app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Logging food and water intake is not a premium feature and I recommend doing the following to resolve this issue:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
