Versa Lite stopped receiving text notifications since iOS update

Ever since I finally updated my iOS to the most recent version, I no longer receive text notifications on my versa lite.  I have read other articles on here and tried all of the options given to fix yet I still can’t get them to work.  Restart, shut down, Bluetooth on and off, etc.  Any other suggestions?  I just recently updated my Fitbit app as well hoping that would fix it and it did not.  So frustrating!

I am sorry to hear you don't receive text notifications on your Versa Lite since the recent iOS update. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to assist you.

 

Make sure do not disturb and sleep mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen? 

 

It’s also important that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iOS device. Please confirm all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
