Issues w/sync

Fyi--- if anyone is still having issues with sync for anything. I called tech support, the guy I spoke with advised to put the device on charger hit the reset button 3 times. (on the bottom of docking station) Then it started working correctly. Did also advise been having issues since dec. there should be a new update in the next week or 2 to correct.

Thanks for sharing, @Kimmie86! A restart is always a good idea when a Fitbit device is misbehaving. Instructions are here, for anyone interested.
